The customer needed to run a large-scale online competition involving schools and participants across Malaysia. Managing school information, participant registration, question delivery, online answering, answer submission and result calculation through separate processes would create significant administrative work. The organiser also needed a platform capable of handling a large number of participants accessing the competition at the same time.
The organisation implemented Synorex Suite as a unified nationwide online competition platform. The system brings together school registration, participant enrolment, competition management, online questions, answer submission and result calculation in one environment. Participants can complete the competition online, while organisers can monitor registrations, school information, participant numbers and competition results from a central platform.
The platform significantly simplified nationwide competition administration and registration. Organisers can manage large numbers of participants from different schools in one system, calculate results more quickly and organise competition data more efficiently. The organisation also established a scalable digital competition infrastructure that can be reused for future large-scale events.
